Debbie’s passion is helping her clients reach their ‘lifestyle goals’ and managing their conditions through lifestyle changes that are sustainable and realistic for the individual. She believes that changing your eating habits cannot be a one prong approach but assesses individual needs and lifestyle changes that need to be strategized in order to see sustainable, realistic, and long-term result. She sees a range or disorders from people suffering from chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol to those with gastrointestinal conditions. Debbie also sees clients that are needing to lose weight, those that are emotional and mindless eater or those just wanting to improve their well-being and that of their families during the different stages of life. Debbie believes that every client is unique and different and therefore a holistic and individualistic approach is her formula.
